Yes, our jewellery is anti tarnish thanks to the solid base and advanced coating, and made for everyday wear.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Our pieces are hypoallergenic and designed to feel comfortable & lightweight on your skin. Since we do not use harmful chemicals in our plating or base metal, your sensitive skin will not react with our product unless you apply perfume or makeup after wearing your jewellery.
Do you offer a warranty, and what if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Yes, Olive Arc offers a 1-year “no questions asked” product warranty on issues related to plating, discolouration or manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged, wrong, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.
How long does delivery take, and how can I track my order?
We dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them, and most deliveries arrive within 3-5 working days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link over email so you can follow your order easily.
