Shipping policy

At Olive Arc, we are committed to ensuring that your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition and within the promised timelines. The following terms outline our shipping process.

Delivery Timelines

  • All-India Delivery: We ship across India through reputed logistics partners.

  • We dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it (Monday - Saturday)

  • Dispatch Timeframes (from date of dispatch)

    • Ready-to-Ship Products: Delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

    • Made-to-Order / Pre-order Items: Delivered within 7 to 12 working days, as indicated on the product page.

Note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at no additional charge, subject to serviceability of the PIN code.

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Incase you wish to change your address of delivery, please confirm within 2 hours of placing your order. 

  • Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

  • Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the status and location of your shipment in real time.

Delivery Issues

In the event of delivery delays or delivery failure due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or unforeseen logistics issues:

  • Our support team will proactively coordinate re-delivery attempts.

  • If an order is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, we will reach out to you for updated address confirmation before re-shipping.

International Shipping
