15-Day Easy Returns
We offer a 15-day return policy on all unused and unworn products. If you wish to return your order, you must raise a return request within 15 days of delivery.
Products being returned must be:

unused and unworn
-
returned in their original packaging
-
accompanied by all original components, including freebies, if any
Once we receive the returned item and complete a quality check, we will process the return accordingly.
Exchanges
We also offer exchanges in case:

you received a damaged item

you received the wrong item
-
you have a size issue in applicable products
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item is unavailable, our team will assist you with the closest available option.
Replacement for Damaged / Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

clear images or videos of the product

packaging images, where relevant
Our team will review the request and help with a replacement or suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of damage, defect, or wrong item received:

Items purchased post application of coupon code

Items that are personalised or customised
As per the specific issues, we can process exchanges or provide brand credit.
Refund Conditions
Olive Arc reserves the right to accept returns only after the product passes a basic quality check. Returned items must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
In case any item or free gift that was part of the original order is not returned, the applicable value may be adjusted during processing.
Reverse Pickup & Shipping
Where reverse pickup is available, our logistics partner will arrange the collection.
In case reverse pickup is unavailable for your pin code, we may request you to self-ship the product to us. In such cases, we will reimburse the courier charges.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the order will no longer be eligible for cancellation. We usually dispatch orders 4 - 24 hours within order placement.

Once we receive your return request, our team will arrange the pickup within 5 days.

After the product is dispatched from your end, the verification process will begin once it reaches us and is typically completed within 7–10 days.

We will aim to resolve and close the case within 15 days from the date the product was dispatched by you.
