All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

In the event of a dispute:

  1. Parties shall attempt amicable resolution within 30 days

  2. Failing resolution, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996

    • Language: English

    • Sole arbitrator appointed by Olive Arc

SECTION 26 - CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
