At Olive Arc, we believe everyday jewellery should feel easy to wear and easy to trust.
That’s why every Olive Arc piece is covered by our 1-year no-questions-asked warranty from the date of delivery.
Our jewellery is crafted using durable finishing techniques, including PVD-coated plating on selected styles, to help pieces stay beautiful through everyday wear. And if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
What our 1-year warranty covers

If you face any issue with your jewellery within 12 months of delivery, just reach out to us and we will help with a resolution.
Depending on the case, we may offer one of the following:

How to raise your warranty claim

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and guide you on next steps.

If it is a repair or replacement, we will get the return pickup done on the same address as the previous order was processed. No other address is allowed for a reverse pickup.

Our support team will be in touch with you throughout this process.

Within 30 days of receiving the product from our side, we will come back to you with the resolution of the case.

We do not accept any other items being returned to us, except for the original Olive Arc piece that was dispatched to you as part of the order which you are returning.
Claim timeline

Warranty claims must be raised within 12 months from the date of delivery

Beyond 12 months, we do not entertain any returns, refunds or exchanges.
What is not covered
Our “no-questions-asked 1 year product warranty” is generous, but it does not cover:

lost or misplaced jewellery
-
theft
-
intentional damage
-
damage caused by severe mishandling or misuse
-
unauthorized repairs or modifications done outside Olive Arc
-
where product has already been used extensively beyond reasonable everyday use
